El Abd Resort has an old phase with more than 260 villas which were built over the years.
All villas in El Abd – Phase 1 are built on natural mounting steps, all overlooking the tranquil turquoise bay.
El Abd – Phase 1 is characterized by simple and primitive landscape which brings the nostalgic feeling a lot of people look for.
Architect Medhat El Abd was keen to make each client a unique villa design catered to his own need and comfort, which provided convenience and a sense of ownership for the villa owners.

Guira started delivery of villas in 2018 with identical exterior finishing which gives the compound a harmonious feel and look.

Bay 7 is our latest phase inside El Abd Resort – Sidi Heneish, launched in 2018. It is a partnership between El Abd Resort, represented by Eng. Mohamed El Abd, and Guira, represented by Eng. Abdel Hamid Badawy.
Bay 7 has a total land area of 294,000 square meters with a plan of 100 residential units, mostly one floor villas, few chalets, and 1st row one-bedroom cabanas.
The new phase is located North side with a sea front length of 520 meters long by the open sea, at a distance of 600 meters away from the tranquil original bay accessible to all our resort residents.
Bay 7 units enjoy the Northern sea breeze with another kind of exclusive sea-view and atmosphere. The new phase is built on 3 different sea levels to allow for a full sea-view to most of the units.

Future Plan
El Abd Resort – Sidi Heneish has a lot of unexploited lands that will be future developed and divided into phases after the full delivery of our latest phase Bay 7 end of 2022.
Our projected total number of units in El Abd Resort shall be around 600 units so residents will enjoy our beach facilities with the same peacefulness and serenity they are used to, which we will never compromise.
